What advice would you give someone who is currently working with a company that is new to the field and having issues with the foreman? In this case the foreman is very lazy an works when it's convenient for them. They do not help with bringing material from the truck to the site. While on site they are either in the bathroom all the time or sitting down on their phone. According to others because that person is at the bottom of the toteum poll they must suck it up and just deal because they could end up losing their job for saying something. Is that true or is there another way to deal with this situation

In my opinion it is not your concern how much or how little the foreman does. You should work as directed by the foreman unless there are safety concerns. A lot goes on behind the scenes that you may not be aware of.

His work is not the concern however when the job calls for teamwork and we are the only two on the job and I get stuck doing everything alone while he sits there then theres an issue

It has nothing to do with how much he works more so about the fact that I am his help and the job requires teamwork. It has to do with being the work horse and left doing everything alone when things would run smoothly if he helped as much as I'm supposed to help him. Being left to pull the load seems unfair regardless if he was tech apprentice foreman or a cable puller

This is not the place to discuss such topics. If you want to speak with an assistant JATC director, I suggest you call Mr. Roe at 301-429-2575.
