 Is it to late to start the process to start applying for this year's class that starts in august?

 Yes, the cutoff date was Memorial day. You can fill out an application for the apprenticeship class that begins in 2013.

 When do the classes for 2013 start? I applied before Memorial Day and haven't receieved a letter about my test date. They told me the next was in August so I guess I some how missed the cut off... Does the next class start January of 2013?

 Classes begin each year in August.
