 If you apply now, you are applying for the class that will begin in August of 2013. After applying you will need to take an aptitude test. If you obtain a qualifying score on the test you will be scheduled for an interview.

 Final decisions for accepting apprentices will be in July 2013.

 If I take the aptitude test and pass. Will I start working in August 2013 also. Are will I start working sooner.

 The final decision will be made in July, but you may be selected and begin sooner than that depending on the economy. I have no way to predict that. You can put your name on the list for Residential Trainee assignments for placement with a company right away.
